How to Connect

  1. In Intercom: find your App ID in Settings → Installation.
  2. In FinalDoc: Settings → Integrations → Chat → Intercom.
  3. Paste the App ID.
  4. For logged-in readers, add the Identity Verification Secret.
  5. Save and Intercom will appear on your KB.
